Thank you for your interest in the “Be a NNR Bozza” Awards Programme. Through this awards programme, the NNR recognises employees for outstanding performance and living the NNR mantra… “I will be accountable and responsible. I will show compassion, interest and empathy.”

Please take note of the following information and instructions to assist you in submitting your quarterly “Be a NNR Bozza” award nomination. Nominations for quarterly awards will close seven calendar days before the end of quarter. The Winner will be announced in the new quarter.

• The online process is fully automated.
• Open the nominations tab on the site portal and select your nomination, provide comment and submit.
• All nominations must be supported by a rationale submitted though the comments tab.
• Only nominations with comments will be considered. Nominations without comments will not be considered.
• If necessary you may email supporting documentation/images/videos for recommending your nomination. Submit to: vseitei@nnr.co.za

• After the awards nomination deadline, nominations are processed through the automated system and submitted to the award selection committee for review.
• After review,the winning candidate/s are selected by the committee.
• The winner/s are announced to all staff.
